We make sure to match you with a qualified and professional photographer for every booking. Your photographer will be personable, professional, and friendly.Unless otherwise requested, we will provide you with their name and contact details 24 hours before your booking. This info can also be found on the email sent to your inbox 24 hours before your shoot.
We are in close communication with our photographers and will know immediately if one becomes unavailable. The on-demand aspect of our business allows us to get a replacement in time for your booking.
You're not required or expected to leave a tip but if you choose to do so, the best way to do this is on-site.
Of course! On all of our booking and quote request forms there is a Requested Photographer field which allows you to request a specific photographer to work with you. If the date and time of your booking is not flexible we are unable to guarantee that they will be available to shoot, but we will be sure to invite them first and will let them know that you requested to work with them. If you aren’t flexible on the date and time of the shoot they aren’t available we will then staff another one of our qualified photographers.
The final number of photos varies depending on several factors including property size, extra features, rooms, etc. Our goal is to edit and deliver every good photo that is taken during your shoot, and we don’t limit you to a specific number of photos in your gallery.
By default Walkthrough retains the copyright in all images but you are free to use them in any fashion to sell the home or put together marketing materials. Additional copyright info can be found in our terms of service.
Due to the nature of our service, we do have a cancellation and reschedule policy in place to protect our photographers. We understand - plans sometimes change, but in order for us to maintain the level of quality in our photographers we are obligated to pay our photographers for the time that they’re booked when a booking is cancelled or rescheduled.
